Team TIBCO was formed in 2006 as a regional team named PABW Powered by TIBCO, out of the Palo Alto Bicycles shop in Palo Alto, California. By 2009, it had become the top team in North America and was named VeloNews Women’s Team of the Year. In 2010, the team expanded to Europe and in September 2011, Team TIBCO rider Megan Guarnier won the prestigious Giro della Toscana with the U.S national team.

Kristi Williamson bridges the worlds of yoga and art. Her passion for creative expansion, artistic expression, and conscious evolution provide the foundation for her teachings. She is an established Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga teacher who has taught throughout the U.S. including the United Nations in NYC, Kripalu and Omega Institute. Kristi is a transformational performance artist as well as a devotional musician. She took a one year spiritual pilgrimage in India exploring music, dance and yoga. Kristi recently completed a year long intensive studying expressive movement/art therapy with dance pioneer Anna Halprin at Tamalpa Institute in California. She is a transformational theater teacher/director for children and adults. Kristi completed a B.F.A in Musical Theater from Syracuse University.

The Dove Campaign for Real Beauty is an international effort that aims to make a real change in the way women and young girls perceive beauty. Since the launch in 2004, the campaign has created, and continues to create, thought-provoking ads, confidence building programmes and messages that cover all definitions of beauty.
The Dove Self-Esteem Fund (DSEF) was developed to free the next generation from self-limiting beauty stereo types and is committed to reaching five million young women by the end of 2010. It directly funds selected projects and organisations in a large number of countries around the world.
